Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Our current processing times for Mystery Scoops, Boxes or Bundles is 5-8 business days (Monday-Friday) but is subject to change at any time. Processing may take longer during peak times, such as holidays, graduation times, promotions etc. We will notify you if there are any significant delays in processing you order.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Once you order has been shipped, delivery times depends on the destination and carrier handling your package. We are NOT responsible for delays caused by third- party carriers. Shipping delays do NOT qualify for a refund.

At times the final shipping method may differ from the one selected at checkout. In some instances, adjustments are necessary due to package weight, size combination of multiple orders or other operational necessary reasons. Any such changes will NOT result in additional charged to the purchaser.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

We do not ship to P.O Boxes or military address (APO/FPO)

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Once a package is in possession of the carrier it is their responsibility to deliver to the provided address on order. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.

Should your package be marked as delivered but not received , please check with your local carriers or neighbors. If you are unable to locate your package please CONTACT CARRIER DIRECTLY. 

In rare cases, we may offer a refund or replacement as a one time courtesy. This is at Dream Believer Boutiques sole discretion. Should a refund or replacement occur it does NOT change our NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE POLICY.  Should Dream Believer Boutique find customer abusing this courtesy we reserve the right to decline future orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed  at checkout.

We reserve the right to change your shipping method as necessary due to package contents , the combining of multiple orders/shipments, or other reasons that may arise in the practice of business.

In the event a package is returned to sender due to incorrect address provided by the customer, we will re-ship the package to the intended recipient, however the purchaser is responsible for the full cost of the subsequent shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders , including those to the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Some items may be restricted or regulated in certain countries, including electronics with rechargeable batteries and certain cosmetic products. If an item in your order cannot be shipped internationally, we will SUBSTITUTE it with a comparable item of equal or lesser value.

Customs processing times and fees vary by country. We CANNOT guarantee delivery times for international orders.
