Refund policy

Dream Believer Boutique DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges once orders are fulfilled or shipped to the address provided.

ALL MYSTERY SCOOPS AND BOX SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns exchanges, or refunds, except where required by law.

In the event that an exception to this rule is granted and a return is accepted, the customer IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE  FULL cost of return shipping. IF approved the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, and we are not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or payment processors. If more than 15 BUSINESS days have passed since a refund was approved and the funds have not been received, pleas contact us at jcdreambeliever@gmail.com for assistance.

Approval of a refund in any instance does not create any obligation to issue refunds in the future.

PRODUCT NATURE AND EXPECTATIONS:

Mystery Scoops  are intended to be a random, surprise experience and cannot be replicated exactly. Item mixes, colors, shades, styles will all vary by scoop and vendor availability, sales are final. Curated Mystery Boxes are a fixed theme product, and sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that items will meet specific personal preferences or requests. 

We do not guarantee individual perceptions of quality, value, enjoyment, or satisfaction. No promise is made regarding the monetary value, condition, or suitability of any individual item. When purchasing mystery scoops, boxes or bundles if surprises aren't what you are expecting, or you prefer to know exactly what is inside, or if you feel our products may not meet your personal expectations, we encourage you strongly to consider carefully before purchasing, as this experience may not be what you are looking for.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Should an item be received damaged or defective, the customer MUST notify us within 2 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will NOT be considered.

A picture of defective or damaged item must be uploaded to jcdreambeliever@gmail.com with a written statement of defect or damage. 

All claims are evaluated on a case by case basis. Any resolution, is granted solely at our discretion. Approval of a replacement or other remedy in one instance doe not create any obligation to provide similar remedies in the future.

We are NOT responsible for damages caused by the carrier, improper handling by the customer or any other circumstances beyond our control.

CANCELLATION:

No cancellations are allowed AFTER an order has been shipped.

In rare cases, a pre-shipment cancellation may be considered. A fee of 10% of total order value will apply to cover processing costs.

ORDER PLACED IN ERROR:

If an order is placed for an item the customer did not intend to purchase or for the wrong item, no refunds, exchanges or replacements will be issued. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review their order before completing the purchase and to contact us PRIOR to checkout with any questions.

Product photos are representative examples. Due to the random nature of Mystery Scoops and vendor variation, exact items, styles, shades and packaging may vary by order and our availability.

Inventory, pricing, taxes, shipping charges and final payment terms are shown at checkout and may change before payment is completed. No order is confirmed until the payment is successfully processed.

SOME ITEMS INCLUDE SMALL PARTS. NO PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE AND MAY PRESENT A CHOKING HAZARD. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED FOR YOUNGER USERS.
